Shipping Policy
Our current processing times are noted in the banner at the top of your screen. This is the amount of time before the order leaves our facility. We do our best to meet these processing times and will reach out if for some reason we are not able to process your order within that timeframe. Custom orders require a separate processing time, please refer to the individual product for processing times.
All packages are insured for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. Please be sure to double check your shipping address at checkout, including any unit or apartment numbers.
One Street Over Soaps is not responsible for any delays once the packages has been handed off to the shipping carrier but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.
Local Pickup

All orders for local pickup will receive an email or text message (depending on what the customer selects at checkout) with information on how to pickup their order. Orders are placed outside for pickup during daylight when the weather allows.
Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of our items we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out to us on the contact page if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to make it right!
Beauty of Handmade
Although we strive for consistency visually in our products your items may appear slightly different than what is shown online. Each bar of soap we make will look a little different from the next. The unique swirls and variations are all part of the beauty of purchasing a handmade item.
Allergy Warning
We follow safe manufacturing practices for handmade soap, bath and body products, but we do use a wide variety of ingredients across our product lines. Please be aware that all ingredients we use may have come in contact with any other ingredient that we use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use and consult a physician. If you have allergens or sensitivities to ingredients please reach out to use so we can answer any questions you may have.

All One Street Over Soaps products come with an ingredients list and directions for safe use. Please be aware of any personal allergies or irritations and spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use and consult a physician. All products are for external use only.
