The Rest Aromatherapy Inhaler is a wonderful way to experience aromatherapy. Rest is compromised of lavender and chamomile oils; a perfect combination at the end of a long day.
To use place the inhaler under one nostril and close the other nostril. Breathe in for a count of three and then exhale for a count of three. Use as often as needed. Keep out of reach of small children. For nasal use only, do not consume.
